    Actually a "dwarf" Basset Hound, Buckeye is much smaller than his parents were. Looks kinda like a beagle mix, but he really is all Basset!

    I don't have a bassat but I do have a hound (a beagle) and they can be very challenging at times but they are also some of the least aggressive dogs and generally have very nice dispositions. Just look at Buckeye's eyes. What a sweetheart!
