Thanks for responding back. She only nips when someone is leaving the house, ie morning or when one of our kids leaves the house during the day.We are trying to trian her with her leash to stay when somebody leaves but she knows when we are leaving in the morning etc.and she gets right wound up. She seems to respond to the leash because she is under control but we are all not always home so one of us can control her. I read an article where we desensitize her when we leave, pickup car keys etc. is this what you mean by making it bland or just as usual? what do you recomend for this trainning? thanks for your help...kevin
