I could not do without insurance. I found that I now know that I can take my dog to the vet when he needs too. I dont have to "wait it out". Last year my dog cut his foot and the emergency vet was the only place open at 11pm . It cost me $400 just to be seen. My pet insurance paid for the whole thing. Without it I would have had to wait until the morning. Why put my dog through risks that are unnessersary and also p-et insurance actually allows me to avoid further complications by allowing me to get emmediate vet care without worries of the cost.
